Summer Training Routes

Our Monday night training runs will change to the summer routes from Monday 9th April. However, due to the racecourse still be very wet and muddy in places, we will do a slightly amended route for a few weeks or so.

4-mile Route
Please note this is slightly different to last year – go to/from the Honeybourne the ‘short’ way (unless you want to do a bit extra), along the Honeybourne to Pittville Park, along the northern side of the lake, under the underpass, straight on to Pittville Lawn (i.e. not up to the Pump Room), down to the bottom end of the park, back up past Central Cross cafĂ© to the underpass, along the south side of the lake, and back along the Honeybourne to the sports centre.

6-mile Route
Again, to/from the Honeybourne the ‘short’ way, along Honeybourne to Pittville Park, along the northern side of the lake and under the underpass, round the top of the small lake, down Pittville Lawn to the bottom of the park, along Wellington Rd to Prestbury Road, all the way up Prestbury Road, along Tatchley Lane/New Barn Lane, up Tommy Taylors Lane and back along Honeybourne to the sports centre.
