Monday Training Runs

From 12 August for a few weeks, there will be a choice of 4, 6 or 8 mile routes for the Monday training run.

Groups and paces will depend on the runners and leaders available, and will be worked out on the night.

The 8 mile run (which takes in some of the Cheltenham Half Marathon route) is based on our 6 mile route ‘backwards’, extended along New Barn Lane, Prestbury Rd, through town to Lansdown Rd and returning via Queens Rd and Christchurch Rd.
