Gloucestershire XC League I, Little Rissington – 15/10/2016

CLC Striders kicked off the 2016/17 cross country season held at Little Rissington on Saturday, and fielded a squad of 30 runners. Red Bull Steeplechase, Exmoor – 09/10/2016

Well done and congratulations to William Allan Newton, Will Pearce and Liza Barry who competed in the Red Bull Steeplechase. Great Lanhydrock 10 Mile MT Race – 08/10/2016

Rachel Vines had an excellent race in the Lanhydrock 10 mile race  near Bodmin in Cornwall. On this tough and hilly course, which involves an overall ascent of 1000ft, Vines finished 2nd lady under 35 and 38th in the race overall. There were 191 finishers in this popular race. results

Standish Woodland Chase – 14/08/2016

Two Striders competed in the Standish Woodland Chase on Saturday. In this hilly multi-terrain race, Dave Smeath was 28th in 1:11:32, whilst Billy Bradshaw finished in 42nd place in a time of 1:15:05. (full report to follow) provisional results

COTSWOLD WAY RELAY – 25/06/2016
