"Well done to Nathan Jones who had a Superb Run in the Winter 5 at Sandhurst, Gloucester, Saturday 20th March. Nathan Finished 3rd and Recorded a lifetime Personal Best Time of 27.06.

"Laura Kent Ran well to Clinch 2nd Lady in the Tough Mayhill Massacre Race having Raced the the day before at the Gloucestershire League and County Championships combined fixture at Pitville Park, Cheltenham. Kent ran her fastest time on the course, and finished 20th overall just Behind England Vet Cross Country International Helen Fines.Next home was Jon Bird who ran well to finish 98th, he was followed by Rob the Riz Shute who made a welcome comeback to racing to finish 169th, the final Strider was Jill Harsent who had also Raced the day before, Jill finished a fine 341st. "I am the Proudest Person around at the moment. The CLC Women's Team became County League Champions, and also won the County Team Competition as well which is a Phenomenal achievement in it's self.
Will Ferguson Became County Senior Men's Champion, and had to battle for his life to Win this coveted title by a Whisker from Gloucester's Steve Milward. I would also like to thank all you for giving up your Saturday to help your Club with this event, I am so greatful to you and really appreciate your marvellous efforts. "Congratulations go out to Will Ferguson, Laura Kent and Ben Pedley who have been selected to represent Gloucestershire on March 13th at Crofton Park Birmingham in the Inter Counties Cross Country Championships. I would also like to Congratulate Liza Barry who is currently a reserve for the Senior Women's County Team and may still get the call up. Well done!!", Brendan Ward

"Nathan ran a massive PB at the Telford 10K this morning. His new PB is 34:10, finishing 20th in the elite race. Nathan went out very hard right from the start which paid off, as he got to the first mile in 5:11, managing to mantain a great pace to get halfway in 16:50. Nathan kept strong and pulled out all the stops in the last 200 metres to make sure he got a new PB. Nathan, I'm very happy for you, I can tell you!!!", Brendan Ward
