Training 

CLC have two standard training sessions a week. A road run on Mondays and speed work on Wednesdays

Monday 6.30pm CLC Sports Centre

Routes change with effect from 30 march 2009

Four groups; each run a different distance

3 mile group (~5km)                                 Out and back along the honeybourne with Brendan
4 mile group (~6.5km) Route
5 mile group (~8km)  Route
6 mile group (~10km) Route

 

Wednesday 6.30pm CLC Sports Centre

Two groups; each do a different level of speed work
